Time management goal

Hi there!

I’m struggling with keeping my calendar commitments to myself and found the time management workbook from April. I love the thought work and consistency of evaluating how each day went. But, I’m struggling with what I want to set as my goal in a way that’s measurable.

One item that I struggle with is keeping my time commitments at work, but I don’t have any particular large project that can be broken down into small pieces. I love the idea of tracking my responsiveness at work (e.g. every email received before 3:30 pm is handled and answered on the same day), but I don’t think this is something I can see being broken down into smaller steps.

Would a goal like that work? Or is the intent to tackle something larger so there is momentum made and big picture progress?
