Time management month query

Hi, am a little late to this (time management!) but am going through the April workbook’s monthly assignment. I’m new to scholars and have been focusing up to now on alcohol reduction. So, if I am going to do the assignment to “focus on planning and accomplishing with decision and massive action” how would I use this to stop over-drinking or is this meant for a different kind of goal? For instance, in Choose a Goal and list it: I have put “I will drink only when planned 24 hours ahead of time”. Then make a list of everything that has to happen? Well plan 24 hours ahead, and observe and describe urges etc. But allocating time for this and putting it in the calendar doesn’t seem really possible? Should this goal be something else, like the example given, write 5 chapters of book or something? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
