I love the setup of the exercises for April, and think they will have a big impact on my work life.
I’m not sure what to do for my goal though, as I have a two-week holiday planned at the end of the month. It’s a special family trip and I had been thinking of the entire fortnight as ‘free time’ from work, internet, etc. Aside from the general travel itinerary (already complete), there’s not really much left to schedule. The main point of this trip is to spend quality time with one another in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
Should I focus on a work-related goal during the other days and just take the holiday without any calendar?
Or do you recommend I somehow need to come up with a goal that covers both? (I could possibly do this with food. I haven’t watched the overeating modules as I’m still completing another asset.)
