I hit a plateau in the last two weeks. I have really trying to up my fat and diminish my carbs with even more veggies. I’ve been playing around with more of a Keto style diet. Really trying to dial down the starches. I am not sure it`s for me. I don’t feel so hot. Tired, need to sleep more, but not been sleeping well. What makes it confusing is that I have been getting flus and colds for the last 6-8 weeks. I know from past experience that this makes it hard to lose weight. Perhaps water wright not sure. I am at my last 10 pounds and stumped!!
Should I get personal coaching at this point?
