Timing of meals

I’m finding I am no longer at -4 by lunchtime. If I delay eating lunch until I’m at -4 then I won’t be hungry at dinnertime. I don’t want to delay dinner because I don’t want to expand the eating window.
Logically it seems I should eat less at lunch, but Dr Fung was so adament re changing when we eat, and not cut calories.
Overall I love that I am forgetting to eat! But would appreciate some guidance while getting used to fat adaptation. Thanks!
