Tips For Getting Out Of A Funk


Lately I haven’t been able to shake off this bad mood. I understand that my thoughts cause my unhappy/funk feelings, but whenever I try to tell myself “I love my job” or “I love my life”, I just can’t believe it, and I feel the negative thoughts creep up. I feel negative about all of the aspects of my life, so I don’t think it’s one specific thing. Do you have any tips on how to shake off this feeling? I wonder if I need to shake up my routine and do more self care. I would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you in advance 🙂
