Tips for Shame and Self-Criticism

Do you have any tips for humanizing/normalizing self-judgment and shame in the moment. An SCS coach shared with me to start recognizing the things I am already doing in contrast to what I’m judging myself for not doing when I catch myself “shoulding” to help challenge that thinking and break that pattern. Are there any other tricks or tips for bringing more awareness, curiosity, and compassion when I notice I’m slipping into this space? Thank you!
