Tiredness due to procrastination and lack of motivation

I regularly feel tired because of the thoughts I have involving procrastination and lack of motivation (as opposed to any medical reasons or lack of sleep). No matter how much I coach myself through the tiredness (“I am not tired, I am just unmotivated”), I cannot seem to get past the fatigue (even though I receive enough sleep, eat properly, no medical issues, etc.). I know that I should feel more motivated because I truly do enjoy the things I am trying to accomplish (e.g. Self Coaching Scholars), but the tiredness is exhausting (pun intended). Do you have any advice to help fight through the tiredness and stay motivated? Thanks in advance!
