To do list

I just listened to the podcast and brooke tells us that she does do the taxes because she doesn’ t want to go to prison.
But this is a place of scarcity isnt it? Is that good/ok?

Also when i made plans to go to the gym and i always go but i when i’m there i do the workouts very good. I feel still frustrated and not motivated but still doing it. Haha
How can i deal with that?
Or how can i handle the negative emotion around a task i want to do?
