Thank you for all of the wonderful information this month on time management. It is giving me the skills I need to get things prioritized and done!
I have a long to do list with about 20 items on it – mainly household projects.. Finish taxes, paint the laundry room, put together a photo album, etc. I understand the need to plan time to complete tasks related to my main goal (weight loss) but how would you recommend I tackle the to do list? Set it aside until my main goal is complete? Work on one at a time? List each of the steps for each item and put them on my calendar (this would likely take months).
