These are great ideas, thank you. I have been doing my “I don’t wants too’s” as my dares this month. I have discovered there are so many little things I don’t want to do. A kind of irritation that is like grit in your shoe. As become aware of it, and do it, it feels bad, and then it (often) dissipates. I look forward to dares that I pique my curiosity, and give rise to laughter, access my creativity, and challenge me from a new place.
