The facts – I have my results for the day scheduled on my calendar. I have set alarms on my phone to remind me of some of them (appointments, focus time, meetings – things that are not habitual).
My highest desire is to complete all of the results I have scheduled today.

A – Follow my schedule as intended, set a timer for each activity to stay on track, and allow for review of the activity/task. Do the task and refocus as needed with attention to the simplest task I am doing, review of my results or belief plan.
R – Follow my calendar as work towards each result in the time allotted.
