I’m having the thought that I’m just too busy to build my coaching business (I have lots of evidence to support this of course.

T – I’m too busy
F – overwhelm, frustration, poor me
A – almost no action on business, focus on family and other tasks
R – too busy

IT Model

T – my business is a priority (I’ll have to ladder this I think because it doesn’t feel true). Or is there another thought that could go here?

How do I find evidence that I’m not too busy without beating myself up? Usually my thoughts turn to ‘well Oprah could do more with her time’ or ‘Brooke can do it’ and I kind of beat myself up with those comparisons.
