I’m experimenting with IF. Skipping dinner is easiest for me – so that’s what I’m doing and it goes really well. But: When I go to bet (physical) hunger kicks in so badly, that I cannot sleep and sometimes am awake for hours. What to do?
a) allowing it to be there and wait until I habituate
b) have some protein (like plain yoghurt)
c) have some fat (like some olive oil)
