Dear Brooke, I’ve been in SCS since March but I’ve never called in for coaching. I’d like to but I have sort of been saving it for “when I really need it”. Do you have any comments on how to pick the best topic to ask for coaching on?

The longer I’ve been in scholars the more I see that one of my greatest challenges is with indecision and doubt. I think the issue I most need help with is deciding what to do next in my career. I anticipate you asking me “What would you do if you DID know?” and me not being able to answer and being filled with shame, or coming up with an answer that didn’t feel true thereby wasting my opportunity to be coached.
