Hi coaches,
I am feeling stuck. I am currently traveling and not able to plan for my meals like I normally do.  I’m staying with family and my grandma is doing all the cooking. I also feel like my hunger and fullness cues have been thrown off as I am feeling a little under the weather.
I’m so scared I’m going to ‘blow’ all my progress over this holiday, and really feel like it is so hard for me to plan with all these uncertainties.
