Trip of a lifetime

Hi Brooke!
I need help with planning food for my upcoming trip. I am visiting a foreign country. I will be visiting family. Food may be out of my control. I have lost 70 lbs this far. I am 20 lbs from my goal. I eat no sugar or flour. I eat carbs about 3 days per week. I generally fast 24 hrs twice wkly. I know that having a plan will serve me. I don’t think lots of veggie choices will be available.
There are many fruit options. Lots of rice, potatoes and beans.
I generally have a protein , veggies and a fat for 2 meals a Day and I add a healthy carb 3 meals a week. I love my protocol and generally have no problem sticking to it:)
