Trouble Coming Up with R for This Model

Hello, I am working on the ‘How to Enjoy Being You’ workbook and am on week 1. I went through the questions and did a model based on my thoughts that came up, but I’m having a really hard time figuring what my R line should be. I also am not sure if my C line and my T line are correct for this. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
I also added the questions and answers to those questions for some context:

What do you think is wrong with the world? How should the world be instead?
The world is unfair, there’s too much technology, not enough connection, people are mean, treated unjustly, student loans are too high, the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor. The world should be more fair, more even playing field. People should care and show compassion, it shouldn’t all be about greed and money and power. We should all support one another and help build each other up. People should be more accommodating, we shouldn’t have to work so much, shorter work weeks and more time with the people we love doing the things we love, everyone should be more understanding.

How do you know how the world should be? Where did you get this idea?
I got this idea from where I am in society and what I see, and what others have told me and how they feel. I feel this way based on how I am treated from others, from the government, and from my experience in NZ where it wasn’t like this, it doesn’t have to be like this.

C: I have a thought ‘The world should be different’
T: It’s so unfair
F: frustrated, irritated-chest hot and tightening, teeth clenching, fists fisting, muscles tightening, jaw tight, shallower breaths
A: ruminate on how unfair everything is, how some people have so much and don’t care, spiral into this, play into what others think about this and get into heated and depressing conversations, dwell on this, don’t move forward, don’t come up with solutions, alienate people with different views, buckle down in my thinking, think that I need to stand up for myself to be heard or else….
