Trouble processing emotions…


I’ve recently realized that I have a problem processing emotions. My habit is to acknowledge the emotion and then try to figure out a way to “hurry it up” out of my body. I used to suffer from frequent panic attacks and realize this comes from how I processed anxiety and panic, just to grit and bear it. This is becoming a problem in my business because, although I can push through, I’m finding it difficult to think and feel intentionally, which then creates results from this weird, half-intentional place. It almost feels like my mind and body reject the intentional models I’m trying to adopt. How can I work on processing my emotions so I can truly adopt my intentional models?
