I have been in the program for a few weeks now, and have made progress with allowing urges and not drinking. My problem is when I have a drink plan I can NEVER stick to it. Once I have two drinks (which is typically my plan), I can no longer allow urges and give into them every time and end up having 4 drinks. So, should I not have drink plans for awhile and focus on allowing urges and not drinking at all or is there a good way for me to figure out how to allow urges after I’ve had a few drinks? My biggest problem is when I am alone. I feel like I have to drink the whole bottle of wine for some reason. Thanks!
