Trouble sticking to nutrition protocol


As always my lifestyle is one that requires a lot of flexibility and curveball protocols. I am pretty proud of how I handled a lot of social situations substituting sparkling water for alcohol and making the best choice that I am faced with. I’m not sure why planning is so hard for me. Maybe deep down I have a fear that I can’t stick to it so to avoid failing I come up with something in the moment. I am trying to take one meal at a time. Mini wins..help!
