Why is it easier to trust other people, and not ourselves?

I focused on this word yesterday and realized that we surround ourselves with trust: people, car, school, colleagues, spouse, parents. We even trust the weather forecast.

What about ourselves? I asked you about having a compelling reason to stay committed… If we trust ourselves more, can we stay more committed?
