Trusting myself

I’ve realised I want to reach my goal weight so that I can trust myself. I now understand that I don’t have to wait for the circumstances (my goal weight) to feel a feeling (self-confidence) that is created by my thoughts. I can feel self-confident now. Here are the thoughts that create self-confidence for me:
– I know what I want (goal weight, self-confidence)
– I know how to get it (coaching)
– I know how to persevere (I’ve been wanting that for 30 years)
I’d really like to believe “it’s as good as done” but I’m not there yet.
