I do them daily.
I cleaned my closet
Cleaned most of my car (still have returns in my trunk)
But my mind amd actions are still feel like racing thing to thing.
I feel a bit frantic like urgencies everywhere shooting the hose from fire to fire.
Can you speak to that and explain how these assignments can help?
