Trying to Figure out my Model for Overspending

I’ve been working hard on reigning in my spending (trying to use my prefrontal cortex to plan ahead when I’m going to buy things), but I’ve been finding there are two things I am still buying impulsively: healthy non-essential food items (like MCT oil or supplements) and online courses.

I don’t have an issue with impulsive spending on clothes, makeup, etc, just health-related items and courses.

I’m running a Model on the course buying but it doesn’t seem quite right. Can you help me figure out this model?

C: Buying courses
T: This course will be the answer to all of my problems
F: Out of control
A: impulsively spend money on a course
R: Spend money I don’t want to spend
