How can I fine tune my hunger scale? I’ve gotten really comfortable with IF and sometimes skip breakfast altogether but I’m still overeating (as evidenced by my weight). My weight is not moving (but hey it’s not going up either!) I usually don’t feel hungry at all between meals and am waiting until I get a stomach growl to start a meal. I’m not in a ravenous state of mind. My hunger feels like an on/off switch. Currently I can identify my negative hunger and my 5 but I’d like to fine tune my hunger scale even more to get the scale to go down.
