Tweaking model to reduce dairy

Hi Brooke,
I’ve lost 15 pounds since joining SCS. I have 10 more to go. I’ve been at a plateau for a few weeks now, so I’d like to tweak my protocol. One food I’m considering eliminating or reducing is dairy. The main dairy in my protocol is 1T cream in coffee and 1T full fat blue cheese dressing on my salad. I have started replacing cream with coconut milk (I prefer the cream, but I’m trying). I had a call with Katrina 2 months ago who suggested blue cheese or another fatty creamy dressing instead of the balsamic vinegar dressing that I had previously eaten. I love the convenience aspect of having a dressing I can buy at the grocery store. Might you have some suggested options for replacing the blue cheese dressing with a non-cream based dressing, that is still no or almost no sugar?
