So what’s going on now that I’ve been off flour and sugar since January and have a joy eat with flour?
I’m tending to choose something like bread or pizza when I do. Last night I’d planned a lovely carbonara takeaway.
But now my body REALLY doesn’t like flour. I feel icky and bloated. It’s okay with a few mouth fulls but much more, no way!!
I know you warned us that we could choose to joy eat whatever we like but we’d have to deal with our bodies reactions.
What’s going on here physiologically? Why didn’t my tummy feel like this before I quit sugar and flour?
