I joined scholars in August and my protocol is 16 hour fast, 2 meals 12 and 7 or 8 protein, fat and veg and protein, fat and salad. I am 1.58 and weigh 143 pounds. I have lost 1.5 pounds on the protocol since I started.
A doctor friend told me that intermittent fasting is not good for people with adrenal fatigue and an underactive thyroid. I am on euthyrox daily 50mcg and have been for 2 years now.
Should I continue my protocol as is?
