I am learning how to honor and take care of myself by creating the results I decided on yesterday. The UIM is how I thought in the past.
C- My day is calendared with results I want to achieve for 2 of the 4 responsibilities in my life
T – I should probably do something in my volunteer and business to continue my progress
F – overwhelm
A – When the time comes to do the thing on my calendar, I will buffer to avoid the feeling. I may do the things where other’s are depending on me. I probably won’t show up for me.
R – I don’t do what I decide to do.
C – My day is calendared with results I want to achieve for 2 of the 4 responsibilities in my life
T – I have enough time in my week and un-calendared time to create the results I want.
F – Courage
A – Work my plan for today, as things come up make notes to address later if applicable, review how it went after each time block, schedule results into the future, I can choose to rest or address some of those things during my un-calendared time. I show up for myself first by following my plans. I feel the feelings and understand that I feeling this because I am thinking that and that is okay. Let’s go.
