Can you speak more about how you do models on anxiety? Lately, I’ve been waking up + having a feeling most of the day that feels like dread. It’s not a strong feeling, just a low-grade, kind of sick to my stomach type of feeling. Through SCS, I now know this is anxiety, but I’m not sure where it’s coming from.
I do the thought downloads, and different stuff comes up, but none of it seems to really get to the root of what this unspecified anxiety is. So then I’m not sure what to put in the C & T lines to even do models on it.
