I have a belief along the lines of “something always has to go wrong when I do anything” or sometimes it’s “I always do something wrong”. How does this show up in the result?

C – putting the contents of the dustpan in the bin and some fall onto the floor (tragic, I know)
T – ugh, something always has to go wrong!
F – annoyed
A – sweep in up again, be annoyed
R ? I make it wrong. I make me wrong?? Not too sure
