Upcoming Dinner Party


Hi, I’m going to a dinner party at a friends house Friday night. In social situations I get distracted & forget about my food plan and over eat and don’t follow my food plan. What can I practice now and on Friday night to stay present and not forget about my commitment to myself? I want to break this pattern! In the past before a social event I journal, model & visualize staying on plan about an upcoming event to increase my awareness but when I get to the social event I don’t remember my plan & don’t have awareness.
