Update on the email from disappointed member

I got coached by Brook about receiving an email from a disappointed member, which was so helpful! It was a great opportunity for me to learn to allow any emotions that people might feel about me and my offers.

After the coaching session, I received a reply from my member, and it turns out that she was just confused, not disappointed at all. She was confused about how many days of access she’s receiving. I was confused about her confusion. In the end, we were both confused and being human. It’s funny how everything worked out, and it was just my brain making it all up.
