Dear Brooke, I see where someone asked about the location of the updated book, so I found it, and I see that it includes insulin wisdom. So, how do you want us to alert people who aren’t in SCS? When will it be released on Amazon or something? I just want to make a post in which I tell everyone that following that advice = how I lost the 30 pounds they’ve seen me shed.
