UPDATED STOP OVER EATING GUIDELINES


This is my first month in scholars. I’ve watched both SOE workshops in Assets, and have read “If I’m So Smart…” On a live call this month, (I think), and also in Ask Brooke posts, I heard a coach mention that Brooke no longer suggests a certain thing mentioned in her book or workshop…I think I heard it regarding more than one recommendation. I think one of them was that the eating scale recommended now is -4 to +4? Since I’m new, I’d like to capitalize on the latest/best advice. Is there someone who could compile a list of latest recommendations or changes from the book or seminars for those of us who are studying the various resources? I’m thinking of an errata sheet type thing…not that they were errors, but that we now believe a specific protocol change or approach is even better? Pretty please?
