Hi lovely coaches. Just wondering if drinking coffee in the morning could be an urge?
I have 2 coffees with cream before lunch on my plan and this morning I noticed my brain have the thought ‘ooh, yes, it’s almost coffee time’ and felt anticipation. I don’t need the caffeine and my life would be just fine without it. Even though it’s on my plan, the anticipation makes me wonder if it’s the primitive brain driving my coffee consumption rather than the prefrontal. Thoughts?
