So i get urges driving home from work “you should get a diet coke” “you should go to mcdonalds” And i start planning how its gonna go – to allow an urge do i let my mind continue to plan everything, get excited, and then just not follow through with it? Or do i try to negotiate with my brain “no were not doing this today, you made a commitment to your food plan”
In the past I will plan a binge – and as soon as i try to “shut it down” with my brain – i rebel and get angry and go get all the food anyway…
