I am starting a 24 week running program. I like my body more when I am running regularly & have a goal. My goal is to lose weight (11 pounds) and gain more muscle. Very intrigued on the idea of eliminating flour and sugar from my diet. listened to Brooke’s Urge jar podcast and she mentioned a food protocol. Where will I find it? I believe she also has a food protocol for 5 pounds stronger. Where might I find it?
