Urge Jar for Anger?


I was wondering if I could use the urge jar to feel emotions, especially anger, as it happens super fast. I often have a hard time pinpointing a thought. I feel myself reacting to the anger and often end up becoming physical. I want to break this habit and learn how to feel the sadness that comes before and the anger.

Could I give myself a bead every time I allow an emotion and don’t react or resist?
