Hello – do you think it wise to use my urge jar for two purposes? My focus is weight loss and I give myself a bead when I allow an urge, but I also find that when I start to distract myself with the internet, avoiding work, I realize — “I’m buffering; feel it and stop and go on to work.” And I do that. Should I give myself a bead (in the same jar) for allowing that urge, as well as the food related urges? Thanks!
