Urge Jar For The Win!!!


I got an Urge Jar but was struggling with implementing it because I rarely have urges for specific foods anymore, then it occurred to me that I was still overeating on plan food and that mindlessly eating food is an urge. I started rewarding myself with a bead for every meal that I stayed focused on and stopped eating when I was full. Noticing the urge to finish it all and just sitting with it. After months of not losing much weight I’ve dropped 3lbs in the past week. Totally amazing. Thank you!!
