Urge Jar meal planning question


I’m planning my daily meals at least 24 hours in advance. I’m also doing the intermittent fasting with an eating window of 12pm – 8pm. Is it ok to have 2 meals – lunch and dinner and also plan a small healthy snack in between the meals? I’m thinking yes as long as it is fully and specifically planned out. Thank you!

Also thanks to the person who mentioned the golf stroke counter bracelets as a portable – and pretty – Urge Jar tool. I just got a beautiful one  and got one for my Mom for Mother’s Day. We’re doing the Urge Jar work together. SO fun!!
