Hello!
I received my urge jar and I have watched the videos to understand the process. My question: Can I list what I am going to eat in one day (on the day in advance) but omit the time of eating if I already have a grip on the difference between real hunger and urges? When I’m hungry, real healthy food is appealing — it’s not the same as a craving. And I have worked to learn to follow my hunger in terms of timing my food because I have the flexibility necessary to eat when I’m hungry and not on a prescribed schedule. As long as I eat WHAT does the WHEN matter?
