So I joined because I thought May was all about the urge jar and overeating. I was surprised to see that the May workbook was about relationships. So I am excited to do both the relationships workbook and the urge jar.
My question is: for the weight loss/ urge jar portion of the course should I just attend the classes or will there also be worksheets involved? What will be my homework? Or is the urge jar designed to go along with the Stop overeating asset training?
