I started a week ago my 100 urges worksheet towards my weight loss goal.
Since I know the times of day and situations the urge comes up for me, I notice that I am scared of it. I pray that it won’t show up. When I wake up, I lie in bed and try to see if it’s there and I almost feel like hiding so that I won’t need to deal with this interrupting of the older model.
I wonder if you can suggest another way of looking at the upcoming urges, since I know for sure that they will come.
Is there another way to have a healthier relationship with them?
