I have joined scholars for next month (June) and have started the Urge Jar program this week but keep making minor adjustments to my protocol. Like I say I’m having roast lamb, steamed broccoli, carrots and peas for dinner but then found a zucchini in the fridge so added it last minute – is that an Urge I should have dealt with and not had the zucchini? I guess I felt it was fine because it was a vegetable? Same goes for adding lemon juice in my water or an extra black tea – I hadn’t planned these things but thought it was fine because they are zero calorie but am I just not recognising them as urges that need processing?
