Yesterday I wrote in about starting to pay attention to my urges right after I listened to your podcast.
Today is day 2.
I got up to 18 urges now. I had 10 yesterday and only 8 today.
There was lots of looking at my phone that I gave into urge of and checking FB.
When it came to Food though, even though it’s not my focus or goal, I am paying attention to my urges and remembering that they don’t have any authority in my life!
I can’t wait to see you on the 22nd and see how my body has changed just by being aware of urges!!
