Do you still have urges to eat off your protocol?
Like this afternoon I had a brief thought that maybe I’ll have some nuts. It wasn’t a strong urge. It’s more like a thought that I just let go.
Then I wonder is it wrong that those thoughts come. Or is it just my brain and I don’t need to worry about it.
