Sorry, to dwell on this, but are these urges? Driving by the wine store and wanting to pick up a bottle. Shopping for groceries and wanting to head to the liquor aisle. Thinking, hm, maybe I can have a glass of wine if we go out for dinner. I should buy some wine for later, just in case my environment is displeasing or I might be tired. It sure would be great to have a glass of wine while I cook dinner.
